1. Reach out to us by phone or by filling out our contact form on our website.
2. Phone consultation – we will discuss your project and set up a time to visit your property.
3. On-site consultation – we’ll have an onsite consultation where we will discuss your ideas, go over next steps, and share what the process will look like.
4. Design & estimate – once we have completed your design, we will produce an estimate for your project. We will review the details to ensure we have captured your visions.
5. Construction contract – we will send over a contract for review and execution.
6. Pre-construction walk through – we perform a walk through with you to ensure we have captured all revisions and discuss the action plan for your project.
7. Construction – we keep your home protected during construction and provide regular and frequent updates as we progress.
8. Punchlist – we will walk the project with you to ensure that all work has been executed with quality and nothing is missing.
9. Site cleaning – our partner company, J.O.Y. Cleaning will send staff to clean up after construction is complete so your new living space sparkles.
10. Final walk through & warranty – we will perform a final walk through to ensure all expectations have been met and discuss all applicable warranties. We will also provide you with the Certificate of Occupancy so you can begin enjoying your new space.
