Established in 1980, Chatham Custom Homes prides itself in being a leader in the residential construction market in north Atlanta. We build custom homes, additions and finish basements. When Chatham Custom Homes was founded, we were driven by the desire to build a firm that is set apart by our unique experience, extensive skills and quality workmanship. In fact, our leaders are experienced in real estate investing, property management, construction dispute resolution and expert testimony, large-scale commercial construction, and claim consulting, just to name a few. At Chatham, we bring a unique set of eyes to every project we undertake.
Our Team
Kevin Chatham
President & CEO
As President & CEO, Kevin is responsible for the development of Chatham Custom Homes’ long-term vision, strategy and overall direction. As a third generation builder and real estate professional, Kevin strives to provide the highest level of service to our clients. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in all facets of residential and commercial construction, property management, real estate investing and construction consulting. He has been appointed as an expert witness in arbitrations and litigations and has extensive consulting experience on projects up to $1B in value.
In addition, Kevin has served as a part-time Professor at Kennesaw State University in the Construction Management Department since 2008 where he has taught undergraduate and graduate construction management courses.
Kevin is a LEED Accredited Professional with the specialty designation of Building Design & Construction. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia. Further, he holds a residential & light commercial license and a general contractor’s license, both in the state of Georgia.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Connie Chatham
VP of Marketing & Development
Connie Chatham has experience in owning and operating businesses in the real estate industry as well as specialized experience in marketing and business development. Connie also has a passion for interior design and is involved in designing many of our custom homes.
Connie holds a Bachelor’s in Advertising and Public Relations from Lee University.
